Wood Pellet Machine

Brief Introduction

TONY wood pellet machine is vertical ring die pelletizing equipment designed for timber processing factories and biomass manufacturers. It compresses sawdust, wood shavings and other wood processing by-products into uniform solid wood pellets. Wood processors can recycle scattered wood scraps, reduce waste stacking space and produce premium clean fuel pellets for heating and energy supply.

Working Principle

The 304 stainless steel pellet mill primarily operates by relying on the pressure and friction between the die plate and the mold to gradually shape the raw material and ultimately cut it into pellets. The specific process is as follows:

1. Feeding: Biomass raw materials are conveyed through the feeder and, after pre-processing such as crushing and mixing, are fed into the hopper of the 304 stainless steel pellet mill.

2. Extrusion: Within the hopper, the raw materials are subjected to the forces between the high-speed rotating die plate and the stationary mold, gradually forming pellets.

3. Cutting: After extrusion, the pellets are pushed into the mold to form a ring. Blades inside the mold cut the pellets, producing pellets of uniform length.

4. Discharging: The pellets are fed into the discharge port, producing the finished product required by the 304 stainless steel pellet mill.

1. Gear Box

Adopts Zhejiang HUIXIN brand TONY custom model with both HUIXIN and TONY logos. Internal gears are enlarged and thickened, and the gear shaft is reinforced for heavy-duty capacity.

2. 304 Stainless Steel Parts

Feed port, discharge shell, dust collection cover, lifting knife, and internal cutting knife are all made of 304 stainless steel to resist steam corrosion and rust during pellet formation, improving equipment durability.

3. Gear Reducer

Installed under the discharge housing for stronger power and less damage. Uses HUIXIN hard tooth surface reducer for stronger torque and sufficient rotation power.

4. 304 Stainless Steel Dust Cover

Provides strong steam resistance and corrosion resistance, making it hard to damage.

5. Upper Discharge Shell

Made of 304 stainless steel to avoid poor compression resistance and easy cracking from welding. Arc profile prevents operator injury; high tensile strength ensures durability.

6. Rotary Support

Installed under the discharge housing to replace the traditional rotary support, avoiding steam corrosion at the top and rust/corrosion/shortcomings of internal steel balls.

7. Internal Lifting Knife

Made of thickened stainless steel to effectively resist high temperature and steam corrosion, increase durability and lifting effect, and prevent raw materials from covering and piling up inside.

8. Adjustable Internal Cutter

Can be adjusted according to customer needs to change cutter length and control pellet length. Simple and convenient adjustment.
