 Working Principle

TONY straw pellet Making Machine turn biomass feedstock into pellet fuel through mechanical extrusion. Raw material is fed into a compression system, where it is compressed under high pressure and temperature, then cooled to improve pellet hardness and stability. The core structure includes the frame, motor, compression rollers, annular die, and electric heating ring. Some models adopt a vertical centrifugal annular die design, combining the advantages of flat and annular dies to boost pelleting efficiency. A control system adjusts parameters such as temperature and pressure to ensure pellet quality and output.
