Brief Introduction
TONY pellet mill processes biomass materials into pellet fuel by mechanical extrusion. After feeding, materials go through high-pressure and high-temperature compression before cooling treatment, which strengthens pellet hardness and stability.
The vertical double-layer ring die allows dual use of upper and lower layers, improving utilization, lowering costs and lifting efficiency. Equipped with automatic timed oil lubrication for safe, reliable running.
Working Principle
Raw EFB empty fruit bunches are first shredded to chop long intertwined fibers into short fragments. The material passes magnetic separation and screening to remove stones, metal debris and oversized lumps. Moisture is carefully dried and homogenized to the optimal pelletizing range to control oil stickiness. Conditioned EFB fiber is steadily fed into the pelletizing chamber for high-pressure extrusion. Hot newly formed pellets are conveyed to the cooling sifter for heat dissipation and fines removal before packaging and shipment.
