Bamboo residues are crushed and milled into fine biomass bamboo powder, drying calibrates material moisture to 13–18%. Processed bamboo powder is fed into pelletizing chamber. Roller and ring die squeeze bamboo biomass powder, natural lignin softens under friction heat to bind particles into solid pellets. Hot biomass bamboo pellets are cooled, screened and packaged.
