Brief Introduction

Working Principle

The palm shell pellet mill adopts a physical high-pressure extrusion molding principle, which is purely mechanical processing without the need for adhesives, making it green, environmentally friendly, and pollution-free. During operation, the palm shell raw materials, after being crushed, screened, and conditioned, are evenly fed into the palm shell pellet mill's feeding system and enter the sealed molding chamber. The equipment's high-torque power system drives the wear-resistant pressure rollers to rotate at high speed, continuously and forcefully crushing, extruding, and densifying the hard palm shells. Under the action of high-pressure friction and heating, the natural lignin contained in the palm shells is activated, softening them and generating binding force. Subsequently, the material is forced through high-precision annular die holes, evenly extruding into strip-shaped pellets, which are then automatically cut into standard-sized pellets by a high-speed cutter. After natural cooling and solidification, highly formed, compact palm shell pellets are obtained. The entire process is automated, dust-free, and energy-efficient, with a high forming rate and stable pellet quality, enabling continuous mass production.
