Brief Introduction
TONY wood pellet machine features a full 304 stainless steel shell for outstanding corrosion resistance and extended service life. Equipped with a widened Zhejiang Huixin gearbox, the unit runs smoothly with strong torsion resistance. It adopts a newly designed automatic lubricator fitted with a galvanized base to further boost anti-corrosion performance. Matched with a high-efficiency dust collector with a dust bucket, fine powder can be fully recycled to reduce raw material waste. All key electrical parts are supplied by Schneider, guaranteeing stable and safe continuous production. Ideal for biomass pellet production with reliable quality and low maintenance.
Working Principle
TONY 304 stainless steel pellet machine works by mechanical extrusion. Raw materials such as wood chips, sawdust and biomass scraps are fed into the pelletizing chamber. Under the combined action of the rotating roller and die ring, materials are squeezed, compressed and densified. With heat generated from friction, lignin inside the raw material softens and acts as a natural binder. The compacted materials pass through the die holes to form solid cylindrical pellets, which are then cut into uniform lengths by the cutter. Finished pellets fall out of the chamber, while fine dust produced during processing is collected by the matched dust collector for recycling. The 304 stainless steel shell protects the body from corrosion during long-term production.
