Working Principle

The pellet machine is equipped with a fully automatic circulating lubrication system to achieve long-term protective operation of core components. After the pellet machine is started, the automatic oil pump continues to cyclically supply oil to all moving parts such as the main shaft bearing, pressure roller shaft, transmission gear, and operating joints, forming a uniform lubricating oil film on the mechanical friction surface, effectively reducing friction loss and mechanical temperature rise caused by high-speed operation, reducing component wear, abnormal noise, and failure probability, ensuring long-term stable operation of the whole machine at full load, and greatly extending the service life of the pellet machine.
