Brief Introduction
Coconut Shell Pellet Mill is a professional biomass pellet mill specially developed for coconut shell waste. This Coconut Shell Pellet Mill compresses bulky, hard and fibrous coconut shells into high-density solid biomass pellets. It is the core equipment to realize resource reuse of coconut processing residues, solving problems of large occupation, difficult storage and low utilization of coconut shell waste.
Working Principle
Raw coconut shells are crushed and dried to reach the required particle size and optimal moisture (12–18%) suitable for the Coconut Shell Pellet Mill. Pretreated materials enter the pelletizing chamber evenly. Driven by power, the ring die and pressure rollers of the Coconut Shell Pellet Mill rotate relatively to generate strong extrusion force. Coconut shell fibers are pressed and squeezed through die holes, then cut into uniform cylindrical pellets by the cutter. After cooling and screening, qualified finished coconut shell pellets are obtained. The whole process adopts physical compression without binders.
