Brief Introduction

The soybean straw pellet mill is a biomass molding and pelletizing equipment developed specifically for the characteristics of soybean straw. It can extrude loose soybean straw into high-density soybean straw pellets. This mill transforms waste soybean straw into valuable resources, producing both biomass fuel pellets and livestock feed pellets, effectively solving problems such as land occupation from soybean straw stockpiling and pollution from burning. Working Principle

Pre-treated soybean straw with the required moisture content is fed into the pelleting chamber of the soybean straw pelleting machine. The motor drives the main shaft to rotate the pressure rollers, generating strong extrusion force between the pressure rollers and the ring die. The friction generates a moderate temperature, and the lignin inside the soybean straw softens under heat, acting as a natural binder. No additional adhesive is needed. The material is forced through the ring die holes and extruded into shape. It is then cut into soybean straw pellets of a set length by a cutter. The finished pellets are discharged from the outlet and can be stored and packaged after cooling.
