Brief Introduction
TONY sunflower seed shell pellet mill is vertical ring die pelletizing equipment tailored for oilseed processing factories. It takes waste sunflower seed shells generated during sunflower seed dehulling and oil extraction, and compresses these discarded hulls into compact biomass fuel pellets. Oil processing enterprises can turn otherwise useless shell residues into profitable eco-friendly solid fuel.
Working Principle
Sunflower seed shells collected from oil pressing workshops first go through magnetic separation and sifting to filter out metal scraps, mud clumps and other impurities. Raw hulls are adjusted to the proper moisture level suitable for extrusion, then delivered uniformly into the pelletizing chamber. Under high pressure, the shells bond into dense pellets. Fresh hot pellets pass through air cooling and screening to remove fine dust and broken fragments before final packaging.
