Brief Introduction
TONY rice straw pelletizing press is vertical ring die pelletizing equipment built for agricultural waste recovery. It compresses dried rice straw leftover after grain harvesting into compact biomass fuel pellets. Farmers and biomass contractors can convert scattered, hard-to-manage straw residues into a marketable clean fuel source and lower open-burning pollution risks.
Working Principle
Harvested rice straw is first chopped into short fiber segments, then screened and magnetically inspected to sieve out soil, stone and metallic contaminants. The chopped straw undergoes moisture conditioning to reach the suitable forming range, avoiding excessive brittleness or mold growth. Prepared straw material is evenly fed into the pelletizing chamber for high-pressure extrusion. Fresh hot pellets are sent to the cooling sifter for temperature reduction and fines separation prior to packing.
