Core Equipment Is Beech Pellet Machine

Beech raw materials are crushed into fine fiber, then moisture is regulated to 13–17%. Homogenized beech fiber feeds into the pelletizing chamber. Strong mechanical pressure squeezes beech fiber, lignin inside beech softens under heat and binds particles together. Extruded pellets are cut to target size, then cooled and screened to remove fine powder.
