Brief Introduction
The TONY Coniferous Wood Pellet Machine is a specialized ring-die pelletizing unit engineered for softwood biomass. It handles resin-containing coniferous materials and compresses loose coniferous wood scraps into high-density, uniform fuel pellets. Built for commercial pellet plants, this equipment maintains stable forming quality while coping with sticky pine and spruce fibers.

Core Equipment Is Coniferous Wood Pellet Machine
Coniferous raw materials first go through crushing to control fiber length, followed by moisture adjustment to 12–18%. The prepared coniferous material enters the pelletizing chamber. Under roller and ring die extrusion, resin inside coniferous wood acts as natural binder. Materials are pressed through die holes and cut into standard pellets. Finished pellets then go through cooling and sifting.
