Brief Introduction
TONY Waste Furniture Pellet Machine transforms discarded wooden furniture into dense biofuel pellets. This pelletizing equipment handles old cabinets, wooden tables, broken wooden chairs and other scrap furniture wood. It allows furniture recyclers to convert bulky waste furniture into marketable biomass pellets instead of sending them to landfills.

Core Equipment Is Waste Furniture Pellet Machine
Waste furniture undergoes manual or magnetic separation to pull out screws, hinges and metal fittings. Large furniture components are shredded into fine wood chips, then moisture content is calibrated. Prepared furniture wood chips are fed into the pellet chamber, compressed through ring die and sliced into pellets. Hot pellets are cooled and screened to remove fine dust.
