TONY Sawdust Pellet Machine is a versatile ring die pelletizer built to directly process sawdust from sawmills. It converts loose sawdust waste into uniform biomass pellets. This machine is ideal for sawmill owners to recycle cutting scraps into marketable fuel pellets with moderate investment.
Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Sawdust Pellet Machine
Sawdust is screened to remove impurities and adjust moisture to 12–18%. Qualified sawdust enters pelletizing chamber. Rollers compress sawdust through ring die holes. Natural lignin in wood activates under friction heat to bind particles. Continuous extrusion forms pellets, which are cut, cooled and screened for final finished products.
