Brief Introduction

The TONY Wheat Straw Pelletizer is a vertical ring die biomass pellet mill, specifically designed for pelleting long-fiber agricultural and forestry raw materials such as wheat straw. The 185KW model features core contact parts made of 304 stainless steel, paired with a HUIXIN custom-designed double-logo gearbox with enlarged and thickened gears and reinforced gear shafts, ensuring strong heavy-duty performance. This wheat straw pelletizer can extrude crushed wheat straw into high-density biomass fuel pellets, suitable for production lines with steam conditioning, enabling continuous and stable production of straw fuel pellets. It is widely used in biomass pellet processing plants, solving the problem of wheat straw recycling and reuse.

Wheat straw raw material → unpacking and coarse crushing → impurity removal and screening → crushing to 2-5mm powder → drying (adjusting moisture content to 12-15%) → steam conditioning to soften fibers → wheat straw pelleting machine → countercurrent cooling → vibrating screening → finished pellet packaging and warehousing.
