Core Equipment Is Mushroom Substrate Pellet Making Machine
Mushroom raw materials are first crushed and mixed evenly, moisture adjusted to 14–20%. Mixed substrate materials enter pellet chamber. Roller and ring die squeeze the mixture into solid pellets. Hot substrate pellets go through cooling to stabilize texture, screening to remove broken pellets, then packaging for mushroom cultivation use.
