Brief Introduction

Working Principle

The high-yield rice husk pellet mill relies on the rotation of the pressure roller to generate extrusion force, which sends the pre-treated rice husk into the die hole of the ring die. The rice husk is subjected to extrusion and friction between the pressure roller and the ring die, causing the internal lignin to soften and adhere, and it is forced to be extruded from the die hole to form a pellet. The extruded strip-shaped rice husk pellets are cut by a cutter to form rice husk pellets of uniform size, thus completing the pelleting process.
