Brief Introduction

TONY grass pellet press is vertical ring die pelletizing equipment built for grass-based biomass processing. It compresses dried grass, pasture waste and herbaceous crop residuals into compact pellets. This equipment suits pasture farms, grassland management stations and biomass plants, helping users upgrade loose grass waste into transport-friendly fuel or feed pellets.

Working Principle

Collected grass material is first shredded into short fiber segments and passed through magnetic separation to filter out gravel and metal contaminants. Moisture is calibrated to the suitable forming range for herbaceous feedstock to prevent excessive brittleness or mold risk. The treated grass is evenly fed into the pelletizing chamber for high-pressure extrusion. Hot newly-formed pellets are conveyed to the cooling sifter to remove fines, and finished pellets are packed for storage or delivery.
