Working Principle

The grain husk pellet maill uses a purely physical high-pressure extrusion molding principle, eliminating the need for glue or adhesives. Dried rice husk raw materials are evenly fed into the pelleting chamber of the mill, where they are forcefully crushed and extruded by pressure rollers and molds. Utilizing the bonding properties of the rice husk's own fibers and lignin, the pellets are compacted and polymerized under high-pressure friction, then evenly extruded through the mold holes. An automatic cutter then cuts the pellets into uniform lengths, which are naturally cooled and shaped. The entire production process is highly automated, dust-free, waste-free, and fast-forming, enabling continuous and stable batch production.

Suitable Raw Materials

The grain husk pellet mill is mainly used for processing various types of rice husks, rice husks, and rice mill waste. It is suitable for lightweight, finely crushed, and fluffy biomass raw materials. It is also compatible with various agricultural and forestry wastes such as straw, sawdust, bamboo shavings, peanut shells, and fine fruit shells. The raw material moisture content can be controlled at 12%–20% before it can be directly put into production. Pre-treatment is simple and the feeding threshold is low.

Application Areas
