This Reed Pellet Making Machine applies vertical ring die compression technology to press reed raw materials into compact biomass pellets, helping wetland reed processing plants turn wild reed resources into valuable solid fuel.

Core Equipment Is Reed Pellet Making Machine
Harvested reed is first crushed to break hollow reed stalks into fine fibrous fragments. Material moisture is adjusted to 13–19% via drying process. Prepared reed powder feeds into pelletizing chamber, roller and ring die squeeze reed fiber to form solid pellets relying on natural lignin bonding. Hot pellets go through cooling, sifting and final packing.
