Brief Introduction
TONY Wheat Granulator is a ring-die pellet mill purpose-built for wheat-based feed processing. It processes crushed wheat into dense, uniform feed pellets, reduces feeding waste and storage volume of bulk wheat powder. It is ideal for medium and large feed workshops producing grain-based concentrate feed for poultry and pigs.
Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Wheat Granulator
Wheat grain → primary crushing → proportioning with other feed ingredients → steam conditioning → feeding into pelleting chamber → ring die and roller extrusion → pellet cutting → counterflow cooling → finished wheat feed pellets. Proper steam conditioning effectively promotes starch gelatinization.
