Brief Introduction
TONY Feed Granulator is a universal ring die pellet mill for manufacturing animal compound feed pellets. It compresses mixed powdered feed into uniform solid pellets, suitable for small farms and medium feed factories. This all-round feed pelleting equipment reduces feed segregation and improves nutrient absorption for livestock and poultry.
Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Feed Granulator
Raw powder mixture goes through impurity removal → conditioning with steam → feeding into pellet chamber → roller and ring die compression → pellet extrusion → cutting → cooling and screening. Proper conditioning softens raw materials for smooth molding without extra binders.
