Brief Introduction
A Rapeseed Straw Pelletizer is a specialized piece of equipment that processes agricultural and forestry waste such as rapeseed straw into pelleted products. It can be used to produce feed pellets and biomass fuel pellets, helping to realize the resource utilization and commercialization of rapeseed straw.
The Rapeseed Straw Pelletizer uses biomass such as rapeseed straw, corn stalks, rice straw, wheat straw, rice husks, sawdust, and peanut shells as raw materials. Through crushing, extrusion, and molding processes, it compresses loose, bulky straw into high-density, uniformly sized pellets. The rapeseed straw pellet mill has a compact structure, requires little space, and is easy to operate. It can be configured with flat or ring die structures depending on the application, making it suitable for family farms, feed processing plants, biomass fuel plants, and comprehensive straw utilization projects.
Working Principle
When the rapeseed straw pellet mill is working, the raw materials, such as rapeseed straw, are first processed into powder or short fiber of suitable fineness by the crushing equipment, and then the moisture content is controlled before entering the pelleting host. After the material enters the pelleting chamber, it is subjected to compression and friction between the pressure rollers and the die, the temperature rises, the lignin in the straw softens and acts as a natural binder, and the material is pressed into the die holes to form pellets. The formed rapeseed straw pellets are cut by the cutter, and then cooled, screened, and packaged before being used as feed or fuel. The entire pelleting process usually does not require the addition of additional binders.
