Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Biomass Pelletizing Machine
Raw biomass materials go through primary crushing to reduce particle size, drying treatment calibrates moisture content to 12–20%. The qualified biomass mixture enters pelletizing chamber. Under high pressure and friction between roller and ring die, inherent lignin in biomass softens and bonds particles into pellets. Hot pellets are cooled, screened and packed into finished products.
