Core Equipment Is Palm Fiber Pellet Making Machine
Palm fiber raw material first goes through shredding to cut long tangled palm fiber into short segments, then drying to adjust moisture to 12–18%. The qualified palm fiber enters the pellet chamber; under extrusion force between roller and ring die, natural lignin in palm fiber acts as binder to form pellets. Fresh pellets are conveyed to cooler for dewatering and hardening, then sieving and packaging.
