The 3–3.5 ton/hour bamboo pellet line is a special biomass pelleting system developed for bamboo processing waste. It processes bamboo shavings, bamboo powder, bamboo offcuts and bamboo branches. Bamboo fiber has strong toughness and high silicon content. Ordinary wood pellet machines suffer from fast die hole wear and poor forming performance.

This production line adopts wear-resistant alloy ring dies and a special conditioning system. Pelleting parameters are adjusted to adapt to bamboo characteristics, greatly improving forming rate and equipment service life. The process flow includes bamboo crushing, air separation impurity removal, drying, pelleting, cooling, screening and packaging, with closed dust collection for the whole line.
Bamboo pellets have higher calorific value than ordinary mixed wood pellets, stable combustion and less coking, so they enjoy a premium in the market. They are popular for high-end heating markets, foreign trade orders and industrial heat sources. The 3–3.5 ton/hour capacity fits small and medium bamboo product factories and cooperatives in bamboo producing areas. It locally consumes bamboo processing residues, prevents spontaneous combustion of piled bamboo waste and converts low-value bamboo scraps into high-value biomass fuel. It is an excellent supporting project for circular economy in the bamboo industry.
