This 6–8 ton/hour sawdust pellet line is a standard medium-to-large-scale complete sawdust pelleting system. It mainly uses clean sawdust, wood shavings and wood powder from sawmills and veneer factories. With stable raw material quality, it is a mainstream solution for producing high-quality biomass fuel pellets.
The whole production line adopts standardized layout, centralized feeding and closed conveying. A complete dust collection system is equipped to meet environmental emission standards. Multiple pelleting hosts can work in parallel to deliver stable output and adapt to 24-hour continuous operation. After screening and impurity removal, raw materials are dried to the optimal moisture for pelleting. Formed pellets are fully cooled and hardened by counter-flow coolers, and fines are removed via screening. The finished pellets have high density, good hardness and low ash content, meeting the standards of export-grade biomass pellets. They are widely used in domestic heating stoves, large industrial boilers and biomass power generation.
This line is suitable for large saw timber bases and professional biomass pellet factories with stable raw material supply. It can be equipped with silo feeding and automatic packing & stacking systems to support domestic and overseas biomass fuel trade orders and give full play to the advantages of large-scale production.
