Reed Straw Pelletizer is a type of biomass ring die pelleting equipment, specifically designed for compressing and pelletizing lightweight fiber raw materials such as reed straw. Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Reed Straw Pelletizer
The process involves: collection of reed stalks → crushing and pulverizing → impurity removal and screening → drying and moisture conditioning → raw material conditioning → reed stalk pelletizing → pellet cooling → screening for powder removal → finished product packaging and warehousing. The entire process operates continuously, with reasonable control of the raw material moisture content to ensure stable pellet formation and reduce the rate of returned powder.
