The 15–20 ton/hour wood log pellet line is a large-scale complete biomass utilization project. It directly takes wood logs, branch wood and forest harvesting residues as raw materials and serves as an integrated full-chain pelleting factory solution.
Starting from log feeding, the raw materials go through disc chipping, primary crushing, fine crushing, multi-stage impurity removal, rotary drying, centralized conditioning, parallel multi-unit pelleting, large cooling & screening, finished product storage, automatic packaging and loading. The line is equipped with large raw material yards, closed dust removal systems and a central control system. Operators can remotely monitor temperature, electric current, moisture content and output data to support non-stop all-day production.
The system boasts strong processing capacity and wide raw material adaptability. Besides logs, it can also process wood chips and forest residues. The finished pellets maintain stable quality grades and are mainly supplied to large biomass power plants, central heating groups and bulk fuel export businesses.
With relatively high investment, this project is suitable for new energy enterprises and investors in regions rich in forest resources. It supports large-scale collection, storage and processing of forest residues and sets a benchmark for the industrialization and standardization of forest biomass energy.
