Brief Introduction
Wood Chip Pellet Machine is TONY vertical ring die pelletizing host for coarse wood chip raw materials. Wood chips have uneven particle size and may jam common pellet mills. TONY equipped optimized feeding and pre-breaking structure to compress coarse wood chips into standard biomass pellets, for large forest waste recycling plants and chip-based pellet production lines.
Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Wood Chip Pellet Machine
Feed raw wood chips → secondary crushing to reduce chip size → sieve stones and metal debris → dry wood chips to 12~15% moisture → internal lifting knife breaks residual large chips and feeds material into pelletizing chamber → ring die roller high-pressure extrusion → adjustable blades cut pellets → counter-flow cooling → sieve fine powder → pack finished pellets.
