Brief Introduction
Rubber Wood Pellet Machine is TONY vertical ring die pellet mill built for rubber wood plantation waste. Rubber wood contains residual latex, which easily creates sticky deposits on die surfaces. TONY adopts anti-stick structure to produce uniform rubber wood biomass pellets, serving rubber plantations and timber factories in tropical regions.
Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Rubber Wood Pellet Machine
Shred rubber wood pruning branches and timber scraps → crush into particles → remove bark and impurities → dry rubber wood chips down to 12~15% moisture → internal lifting knife feeds rubber wood particles steadily → ring die roller extrusion → adjustable blades cut pellets → counter-flow cooling → sieve powder residues → pack finished pellets.
