Brief Introduction

The vertical ring die 304 stainless steel pellet mill is an extrusion pelletizing equipment. Its core pelletizing components are made of 304 stainless steel. The vertical structure allows for vertical feeding, and the pressure rollers and ring die compress powdery or fibrous raw materials into cylindrical pellets. Working Principle

Raw materials enter the pelleting chamber and fall between the ring die and the pressure roller under gravity. The pressure roller rotates and crushes the material, forcing it to form through the small holes of the ring die. The formed pellets are cut by the cutter, producing finished pellets of uniform length. The finished product cutting and automatic discharge form a closed-loop working principle, completing the regular production of finished pellets. The continuously extruded long strips of material are automatically cut according to fixed specifications by the precisely calibrated cutter assembly on the outside of the cavity, forming finished pellets of uniform size and with flat cuts. The cut pellets fall automatically under gravity and are quickly discharged from the bottom outlet of the machine. The entire process of forming, cutting, and discharging is automated, requiring no manual intervention and exhibiting extremely high production continuity.
