Working Principle

Fresh rice husk discharged from the rice husker is conveyed to the screening station to remove gravel, iron scraps and other foreign impurities; moisture testing and conditioning are carried out to reach the ideal forming humidity range for husk. Qualified rice husk is fed evenly into the pelletizing chamber and extruded under high pressure. Newly molded hot pellets go through air cooling and sifting to screen out fine powder, and qualified pellets are packaged for storage and transportation.
