Brief Introduction
Scotch Pine Pellet Machine is TONY vertical ring die pellet mill customized for Scotch pine raw materials. Scotch pine carries natural resin that may cause die sticking during pelleting. TONY’s optimized compression structure reduces resin adhesion and forms high-quality pine fuel pellets. This machine targets European export-focused pellet plants processing Scotch pine forest residues.
Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Scotch Pine Pellet Machine
Crush Scotch pine logs, branches and offcuts → remove bark impurities → dry raw pine material to 12~15% moisture → internal lifting knife delivers pine material evenly into pelletizing chamber → high-pressure ring die & roller extrusion → adjustable blades cut pine pellets → counter-flow cooling → sieve powder residues → bag finished pellets. The temperature control reduces resin sticking on die holes.
