Larch Pellet Machine is TONY vertical ring die pellet mill tailored for larch forest waste. Larch wood contains heavy natural resin and tannins, which easily cause die clogging during extrusion. This pellet mill adopts modified compression parameters to produce premium low-ash larch biomass pellets, suitable for forest processing factories and high-grade pellet export projects.

Processing Technology

Core Equipment Is Larch Pellet Machine

Chop larch branches and timber residuals → crush into fine wood particles → remove bark impurities → dry raw material to target moisture 12~15% → internal lifting knife feeds larch particles uniformly → ring die roller high-pressure extrusion → adjustable blades cut larch pellets → cooling treatment → sieve fines → pack finished pellets.
