Brief Introduction
Wood Shaving Pellet Machine is TONY vertical ring die pelletizing host dedicated to fluffy wood shaving waste. Wood shavings are low-density and easy to float during feeding. This machine compresses loose shavings into compact biomass fuel pellets. It serves furniture factories, sawmills and wood workshops to recycle shaving waste into clean heating pellets.
Processing Technology

Collect wood shavings from woodworking workshops → sieve to remove bark and foreign debris → adjust moisture to 11~14% → internal lifting knife guides fluffy shavings into pelletizing cavity without floating → ring die roller extrusion → adjustable blades cut pellets → cool pellets → screen fines → pack. The feeding structure stabilizes light shavings to prevent uneven feeding.
