Brief Introduction
Palm Wood Pellet Machine is TONY vertical ring die pellet mill developed for palm trunk and palm wood residuals. Palm wood produces long stringy fibers that tend to tangle during feeding. TONY optimized feeding and cutting structure to convert palm wood waste into uniform biomass pellets, widely used at palm oil plantations and tropical biomass recycling projects.
Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Palm Wood Pellet Machine
Shred palm trunk and palm wood waste → cut long tangled palm fibers into short segments → dry raw palm material to 12~15% moisture → internal lifting knife cuts and feeds palm fiber into pelletizing chamber → ring die roller extrusion → adjustable blades cut pellets → cooling → sieve fine fiber powder → pack pellets.
