Brief Introduction
TONY High-Yield Sawdust Pellet Machine is an industrial high-capacity ring die pelletizing machine built for mass sawdust pellet production lines. It features upgraded power configuration and expanded ring die cavity to deliver large hourly output. This high-yield model targets large commercial pellet factories, export bases and biomass power plants requiring non-stop mass pellet production.

Core Equipment Is High-Yield Sawdust Pellet Machine
Bulk sawdust raw materials go through screening and moisture regulation to 12–18%. Prepared sawdust continuously feeds into the large-capacity pelletizing chamber. Multiple reinforced pressure rollers compress sawdust through enlarged ring die holes. Friction heat activates wood lignin to bind sawdust particles. Fresh pellets are cut and conveyed to heavy-duty cooling and automatic screening equipment.
