Brief Introduction
TONY Cassava Residue Granulator is a ring-die pellet mill designed for cassava processing waste valorization. It converts wet cassava residue into solid pellets for animal feed or biomass fuel. The machine solves the environmental problem of cassava factory waste accumulation and turns cassava residues into marketable products.
Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Cassava Residue Granulator
Cassava residue → dehydration pretreatment → crushing → mixing with fiber auxiliary materials → uniform feeding → ring die extrusion → fixed-length cutting → cooling and drying → finished cassava residue pellets. Raw moisture is reduced to 15–18% before pelleting.
