TONY Cottonseed Meal Granulator is a professional ring-die pelleting system customized for cottonseed meal processing. It compresses powdered cottonseed meal into uniform cylindrical feed pellets, solving the handling difficulty of oil cake byproducts and enabling value-added utilization of cotton processing waste. Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Cottonseed Meal Granulator
Raw cottonseed meal → impurity sieving → moisture content adjustment → mixing with feed additives → uniform feeding into pelleting chamber → roller and ring die extrusion → fixed-length cutting → cooling and screening → finished cottonseed meal feed pellets. Moisture is strictly controlled at 12–16% to ensure stable forming.
