Brief Introduction
TONY Ring Die Pellet Mill Machine is a versatile universal ring die biomass pellet press. Adopting mature ring die extrusion technology, this equipment processes multiple types of forestry and agricultural biomass. It can be configured for different output demands, helping recyclers convert various low-value biomass residues into marketable solid fuel pellets. This universal model is widely adopted for new biomass pellet production projects.
Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Ring Die Pellet Mill Machine
Biomass raw materials go through crushing and impurity removal. Raw material moisture is adjusted to 12–18%. Prepared biomass enters the ring die pelletizing chamber. Pressure rollers squeeze materials through ring die holes. Frictional heat activates natural binding substances in biomass. Continuous extrusion produces pellets, which are cut, cooled and screened to separate undersized fine particles.
