Brief Introduction
TONY Vertical Ring Die Straw Pellet Mill Machine is purpose-built vertical ring die pelletizing equipment for agricultural straw residues. Crop straw features long, springy fibers that easily tangle and bridge; vertical gravity feeding helps materials enter the compression chamber smoothly. The machine turns wheat, corn and rice straw residues into compact biomass pellets for farm energy and large-scale agro-waste treatment plants.
Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Vertical Ring Die Straw Pellet Mill Machine
Harvested crop straw is shredded to shorten fiber length and remove stones. Straw moisture is calibrated within 14–18%. Processed straw enters vertically into the pelletizing chamber. Rollers compress straw fibers, friction heat activates natural binders inside straw biomass. Fibers are extruded through ring die holes, cut into pellets, transported to cooler and screened to filter loose straw powder.
