Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Ring Die Sawdust Pellet Mill Machine
Raw sawdust is screened to eliminate metal and coarse impurities, moisture controlled at 12–18%. Clean sawdust enters ring die pelletizing chamber. Rollers apply pressure to squeeze fine sawdust particles through ring die apertures. Friction heat releases lignin within wood fibers to bind particles tightly. Fresh pellets are cut, conveyed to cooler, then screened to remove residual fine sawdust powder.
