It takes waste cashew shells separated during cashew kernel peeling and shell breaking workflows, and compresses these resin-containing hard shells into high-value biomass fuel pellets. Working Principle

Raw cashew shells discharged from cashew shell separators are conveyed to screening and magnetic removal stations to filter out stone, iron impurities and leftover kernel debris. The shell stock is crushed into uniform fragments and moisture is precisely conditioned to reduce resin stickiness during extrusion. Processed cashew shell material enters the pelletizing chamber and undergoes high-pressure compression. Fresh hot pellets pass through targeted air cooling and sifting to separate fine powder and sticky broken pieces before packaging.
