Brief Introduction

The giant napier grass pellet mill is a granulation system specifically engineered for the high-fiber characteristics of giant napier grass. It compresses pulverized giant napier grass into high-density cylindrical pellets, with customizable diameters such as 6mm and 8mm. The press can operate as a standalone unit or be integrated with a crusher, dryer, cooler, and packaging press to form a complete production line. It is widely used for processing forage feed and biomass fuel, enabling the effective resource utilization of giant napier grass.

Working Principle

The processed giant Juncao powder is fed uniformly into the pelletizing chamber by a forced-feeding mechanism. As the ring die and pressure rollers rotate against each other, high pressure is generated within the wedge-shaped compression zone; the giant Juncao fibers are softened by this pressure and forced into the apertures of the ring die to take shape. The material is continuously extruded in the form of long strands, which are then cut to a specific length by a blade, resulting in the final giant Juncao pellets. Since the pellets emerge at a high temperature, they are directed into a cooler to reduce their temperature, which increases their hardness and facilitates storage and packaging.
