Brief Introduction
TONY Grain Pellet Machine is a versatile ring-die pelleting system for mixed grain feed production. It processes corn, wheat, sorghum and other grain powder mixtures into compact feed pellets. The unit adapts to variable grain formulations and is ideal for integrated feed plants producing multi-specification livestock and poultry feed.
Processing Technology
Core Equipment Is Grain Granulator
Mixed grain raw materials → fine grinding → formula blending → steam conditioning → screw feeding → ring die extrusion → pellet cutting → cooling and sifting → finished grain feed pellets. Steam volume is adjusted dynamically based on moisture content of grain mixtures.
