TONY Cassava Flour Residue Granulator is a precision ring-die pelleting system for cassava flour raw materials. It presses fine cassava flour powder into solid feed pellets. Cassava flour → formula blending with protein materials → steam conditioning → precise feeding into pellet chamber → roller and ring die extrusion → fine cutting → counterflow cooling → finished cassava flour feed pellets. Steam injection promotes full starch gelatinization.
