This Sugarcane Waste Pellet Making Machine adopts vertical ring die extrusion structure to compress loose sugarcane bagasse and cane trash into dense biomass pellets, supporting sugar factories to convert sugarcane by-products into valuable biofuel.

Core Equipment Is Sugarcane Waste Pellet Making Machine
Sugarcane waste including bagasse is first shredded to cut long cane fibers into small fragments, drying treatment adjusts moisture to 12–18%. The prepared bagasse is fed into pellet chamber. Under extrusion of roller and ring die, natural lignin in sugarcane fiber bonds particles into pellets. Hot pellets are cooled, screened and packed.
