This Palm Waste Pellet Making Machine adopts vertical ring die extrusion design to compress loose palm residues into compact uniform pellets, widely deployed for palm oil factory waste recovery and biomass fuel production.

Core Equipment Is Palm Waste Pellet Making Machine
Mixed palm waste is first shredded to break bulky palm bunches and long palm fibers into small fragments, then drying adjusts raw material moisture to 12–18%. Processed palm waste enters the pellet chamber. Under extrusion force between roller and ring die, natural lignin inside palm biomass acts as the binder to form solid pellets. Hot pellets are transported to the counter-flow cooler for hardening, followed by screening and bagging.
